What it does
A board with five columns (Asked, Accepted, Done, Passed, Stuck), so you see where all the work stands.
In plain words
Each card shows the agent holding the work order, the kind of work, when the agent was last active ("Last active 3 min ago") and the due time. Filter by kind of work, owner or step. If you are allowed to reassign a card, drag it to give it to someone else. It moves at once, and snaps back with the reason if someone refuses. An agent that takes a work order keeps it while it keeps working. If the agent goes quiet, the card turns Stuck and you are told.
Example
Monday: three work orders on the board. Wednesday: one card turns red because the agent holding it went quiet. Hawl told you. If Auto-assign had picked the agent, Hawl already offered it to the next one.
Big picture
The board is the one place the whole team can see work that moves between agents.
Details
- A "Needs you" list collects anything waiting on a person.
