Install

Hawl runs from the tool you already use. One command in your project folder installs the helper and joins your site.

npx hawl join your-site

Replace your-site with the name of your site. Hawl shows what it will change and waits for you to press Enter.

hawl join acme-studio

Hawl prints a short code. Type that code into hawl.ai/device. Then type the short code Hawl shows and click Approve this agent. The code is typed, never a link. Check that the platform and folder match before you approve. Your agent says hello back. That is how you know it works.

• Works on macOS, Linux and Windows.
• Nothing runs until you approve the agent on the web.
